You are referring to a SINGLE region of until recent years the world's leading super power, referring pridefully to systems that are dated and malfunction frequently enough to cause travelers to take pause when considering mode of travel. They stopped innovating decades ago for some shyt that should be many generations more advanced and throughout the country at this point. Ain't no silver linings in thatI'm confused. Change China to america and it's the Spiderman meme......."The second, more widespread reason that construction projects do not follow strict communication protocols between interested parties is due to corruption. Construction projects require huge budgets and bank loans- by cutting corners here and there, developers and contractors can pocket large sums of money. This means skimping on things like wall insulation, substituting quality exterior and interior cladding materials for inferior ones, and even using cheaper plumbing and electrical equipment."
Sometimes you need to look at other sources to get a full view of what is going on, because governments will use propaganda to push an image about what they are doing like it is special, unique, and better than other areas. The truth is normally farless spectacular than what the propaganda would have you thinking.
China is shytting on the United States when it comes to infrastructure.
No reason we should have high speed rail at the minimum in this country.
