Creating something of that scale however is wild.

We’re getting lapped if we haven’t already. Our next 8-12 years look bad. Even if it ms only 1 term, the time it’ll take to undo Trump’s damage will take long, if it ever gets undone in our lifetimes. Not to mention if this country gets a 4-12 year Republican run.

That's all fine and dandy. If we give our govt took 50-70% of our income, they can build all the projects we need and sell it to us for the low. You can own a 600SF condo for 50K.

America has a supply issue right now plus everything is for profit. Some see it as a benefit, others rather have the govt be involved in housing. To each his own.

If the city of Atlanta built 1 million efficiencies to be sold to its people at cost, every unit would be sold. Why doesn't our govt get into housing and healthcare is because Americans dont want it. inform and change my mind..we use the estimated average temperature of the sun (wishful thinking/bad stats/ never been done) to compare with peak temps of our experiements disregarding factors that influence our estimates (temp loss over there/nearest we been). to me its like claiming kelly is more fire than beyonce (on her good day when trinketed up n all dat...i prefer kelly btw) and ignoring maybe on that day beyonce chilled..hope the analogy works.
