American economy or global economy? You don't get it they have loaned out to many countries.. Liquidity is what they have.. Solvency is what the country has over many.
A manufacturing country is a productive country and America has shifted from this area and at this point cannot compete bases off of product cost, efficiency, and effectiveness.
