I feel like divorce is highly incentivized in today's society. and they want the divorce rates to go down, they need to make it less of a boon to end a marriage.
Might reduce the number of marriages but will also mean people who actually plan on staying together are the only ones getting married.

I agree .

I'd personally be married as soon as tmrw if they removed no fault divorce and capped both alimony + child support at the state income avg. As it stands currently, American marriage is a blank check to women.
