These are great when you cant get a regular sofa into a room. I bought one for a loft conversion, could not fit a regular sofa up the stairs and through the door. the bend at the top of the stairs was to much. you can get them online similar Amazon.com affiliate link

It sounds like those are ideal for people who’ll move locations every few years. You can even just cut it up and throw it away rather than try and move big furniture through narrow doors. I’m hearing they should be good for 5-10 years. Great cheap option with less hassle outside of longterm furniture that you want to keep around.

the cost of sofas/couches have gone up crazy the last decade or so. The Raymour Flanigan type places are $2k+, Crate and Barrel or Restoration Hardware? Forget about it
