So I have no doubt that Africa's population can benefit from non interest loans to open businesses and I have no doubt the African population will take advantage of the training provided

Exactly.

They don't know anything. They employ entire villages and integrate quite well. Some speak our local language and some guy last week got his arse kicked for sleeping with someones gf. but typically they come, build, students return from china and start working, they leave, in return they get minerals which we don't even use. It's a fair trade.

This is life. In life, you get what you negotiate for. At least China has come to the negotiation table with money and some infrastructure instead of bombs and guns. If Africa ends up getting hustled, then it's their own fault. The bottom line is people are going to look out for themselves and try to get the best deal for themselves. The Chinese obviously aren't coming to Africa just to be buds. There's some strategic motivation behind it, so you either find a way to get a fair deal for yourself or you get run over.

What the various nations of Africa should be doing is using some of that wealth to import in experts from other countries to come teach at their universities to help create the best educated population possible. You only have to look at a nation like South Korea to realize how quickly a nation can modernize. In about a span of 50 years or so, it went from third world country to quite modernized. Let China come in, build some of the infrastructure and bring in people from around the world to come teach the people to build and maintain it themselves.

How can they when foreign eu countries control the resources on the comtinent & play proxy games with dumby companies to pay 0 taxes that could go back into the continent with iliterate corrupt leaders

This is simply trading one master for another...Colonialism is a 19th century wave. Proxy war was the 20th century wave. In the 21 century propping up dummy economies will be the wave. If you aren't in control of your own growth there's no way you are a successful nation.

Sure on the surface millions of people will benefit. However, infrastructure will require CONSTANT maintenance...who do you think will be taking THOSE jobs? Then who will be creating the programs to TEACH for those jobs? Who will provide the materials for those jobs?

It won't be Africans.
