Spending money in the military is a waste when your population is aging and shrinking.

How are they handling people leaving China and taking their money with them and not wanting to come back? What is stopping another bird flu or swine flu or covid from coming out of their wet markets? How are they addressing the insane housing prices? Military power is great when you have a strong, loyal, healthy and renewable fighting force. Its not when you cant get much volunteers to join, and the people you draft aren't motivated to fight.
