Can't get on the coli over there. I was able to get on like a couple of times. But the governments makes the site run at below dial up speed and certain threads are censored. I know for a fact the hotel internet was spying on use folks who were staying there. The internet was really weird and you could tell their was some spyware going on.

One of the things you notice that in china pretty much your bank locks everything down cause they (along with india) are known for stealing your info. So I would have to go to china then call the bank to have my business card flagged to be used in china. Cause as soon as you charged that joker over a certain amount in china they would lock the card up.

As far as the internet what I would do was get on the coli at work. In china I worked for an american company that had a facility in the Shanghai area. Since China's internet was censored the company set up their internet to use india as its location. So pretty much nothing was censored.

So what the chinese workers would do is watch youtube and all the chinese censored stuff at work to catch up on the latest western styles, music or news.
