Well, I can see how manufacturing the frame from an off-site facility allows you to put up the building faster. You could just prefab every floor's frame, put them aside at the construction site, and lay down the foundation. And then, you can erect the building in 19 days. The on-site construction crew just connects the pre-fabbed frames. Put up three floors per day. First floor might take longer than the other ones.
