THEY ONLY GET A DECENT TAX BREAK ON INITIAL ENTRY. THEY START BUSINESSES AND DECREASE THEIR TAX LIABILITY TO ALMOST NOTHING. OUTSIDE OF THAT THEY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME PROGRAMS AS EVERYONE ELSE. THEY JUST HAVE IMMIGRATION SERVICES THAT MAKE THEM AWARE OF EVERY SINGLE PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO THEM.

This shyt is really not rocket science. All it takes is patience and an incredible amount of sacrifice.

But I would tell black people to skip this step all together and just become professionals.

Earn decent money as a Professional and not have to break your back working 80 hours a week over a hot Wok.

A lot of these Chinese restaurants were a means to an end, and this is the case with a lot of immigrants, hell I know an Albanian guy who opened up a pizzaria and sold once he got his kids through college. It's just a shame because we as Black people do not have the resources nor will banks lend to us to give the ability to start/manage fast cashflow businesses like that.

We do have the means. We have the Dollar that they are extraction from our communities. If we decided to have one person from our community open a Chinese spot for example and sell french fries and chicken wings all day and we only supported him. shyt could start to change fast. our spending power is the actual resource.

And the average African-American doesn't? My grandfather was a sharecropper working on land he didn't own, saved up took buses and trains to NJ, put his savings into a small house, worked at a can factory, raised 6 children, with a 5th grade education. My grandmother scrubbed white people's toilets for 40 years.

Fast forward a few decades they raised an Olympian, a Marine, 2 successful accountants (go figure), My father, a laborer who eventually managed an oil rig, and an operations manager for Bell Atlantic before she retired.

And that story isn't uncommon.

I will say this.

One thing Asian people and Africans to some extent do do differently is that they don't rush their kids out the house. A lot of parents have the idea once their kid graduates high school that their job as caretakers is sort of done.

Ofcourse they get help, we had an uncle living here. But he was a taxicab dtiver living in a tiny flat, so its not like our "support" was someone well off. My point is that not everyone who came to America was ballin in their home country. There are plenty of people who were straight from the village.

And guess what the rich and the poor Nigerians did when they got to America... they drove the same taxi cabs.


If i told you my family came to America and was balling, i would be boldface lying for clout. We didnt come here with shyt, and that's facts. And we were actually pretty welloff in Nigeria, but 6kids is no ioke

The people working 12 hours and 7 days a week have no other skills. That cheapness allows them to save money in labour costs and high attrition.

Unfair is a western gripe. They don't care about fairness. They care about the family and sacrifice not personal individualism/gratification.

Read some Confucius and it will all become clear to you.

As for how they do it, if you work from 1968 to 1990 with no vacations and cheap out on everything. You can raise 500-1million and buy the building/restaurant.

Them having no other skills is not an excuse to not hire other people. Businesses don’t grow from one store to many stores without delegating tasks to others. It’s bad business management no matter which way you want to call it.

And I’ve grown up in the suburbs surrounded by plenty of Indians and Asians where their family placed a huge importance on education and becoming a doctor, lawyer, engineer etc.

Many went on to become those professions whereas many also went on to not graduating college.

Maybe in their home countries but kids take on western ideals and want their own individuality and existence.

And to say they have no other skills is not true. If they can run a successful business a lack of skills is just an excuse.

In my personal opinion working 12 hours a Day is just not feasible nor healthy in the long run. Your efficiency and output dramatically decreases as the day goes by. By hour 10 you will be mentally and/or physically drained.

And when you get home you won’t want to do anything but relax and go to sleep just to start all over.

That is no life to live. I’ve done it before and I wouldn’t even put 12 hours a day into my own business or passion everyday for an extended period of time. You will burn out.
