People are silly for marrying for tradition and a party. Their engagement was a “surprise” I think when it was announced, they already had a wedding date.

I can’t begin to understand the pressures of a tribal/religious family. My parents are Garifuna but never pressured me into marrying nor marrying Garifuna.
