Chino is basically a second Canibus. He had a spark, had some great lines, but the production and lack of actual substance in his tracks were not enough for him to blow up. He did have some hilarious punchlines though, a rap version of South Park or Family Guy, dissin' dead or living celebrities if need be.

Even though Pac would probably lose in back and forth disses, you gotta respect that he actually stepped up to the dude, and Xzibit too if you think about it, both relatively unknown at the time yet acknowledged by a superstar rapper...and if he hadn't passed, I'm sure he'd go after DMX as well.

Pac and his crew really took this shyt very seriously.
