expound breh breh

Chinos Music Is Better, He Has More Content, More Depth, His Flow Is WAY Better, And The Structure Of His Rhymes Is Better, Big L Always Sounded Like An Amateur To Me To Be Honest

To Me, Big L Was All About Pasting Punchlines Together And I Think His Flow Suffered Because Of It, I Also Think Chinos Punches Can Fly Over Your Head And You Might Catch It On The 3rd Listen Where As With Big L Its Pretty Simple And You'll CatchThem On The 1st Listen

I had Big L ahead for a long time, Chino's last album though was very good and may have changed things, I'm not sure, haven't thought about it.

okay @KologeroBx

what you think

Whats The Year Difference Between These 2 Freestyles?

I Don't Care What Anyone Says L Always Sounded Dated In The Flow, Not In Retrospect, I Mean Even Back Then

The Dude Died In 99, In 98 You Had DMX, Jay, Pun, Mos Def, Lauren Hill, Redman Sounding LIGHT Years Ahead Of What He Was Sounding Like, He Has That Kinda Charisma In His Rhymes That Dude Loved, Along With The Witty Punchlines So I Understand Why People Loved Him, And Im Not Calling Him Wack, I Personally Never Felt Like He Was Amazing :manny: Im In The Small Minority Of That Thinking Though, Especially In NY

i feel you breh. as far as the freestyle i dont know for sure if that was recorded when Big L was alive or a cut & Paste. i do know that chino and L was cool as hell though. Im a fan of both but sometimes chino seems like he try to pack so much in a bar and i lose him in his flow.

They are both dope as hell. I don't know who to pick, did they record a track together? Or was it a freestyle?
wake up show collabo - probaly pieced together by DJ Rev or Tech

anyways both are in my top 10

however Big L is the only one of them in my top 5...chino is in the 6-10 range
