The defense is better, he destroyed the offence to try and build the defense.

I'm not even arguing that his personnel moves were good, they weren't. Just that unless every game from here on out is the same as the TB game, there's little to no chance he's not back next year.

I dont know, I think that "genius" really thought his "culture > talent" philosophy would work in the NFL. Just look at how he had Eagles fans on here gassed calling him a genius in preseason over the most basic of plays.

I think Bill Parcells had total control with the Jets, but it's rare.
It's also stressful on the head coach as it is.

I get that the cook wants to buy the groceries, too.
But it's a lot of work.
