including myself

how does a guy have a 6 win turnaround, sustain that for another season, then completely fall apart? his O playbook is borderline boring, and the player relations seem cold like in Philly

do one of these big colleges take a shot with him?

Cause Nick Foles gave him irrational, historically unforeseen, unsustainable QB play.

He threw like 27 TDs and 2 INTs or something stupid like that in his half season.
Had one 7 TD game :heh:

As soon as Foles came back to Earth and played like the Foles we all know, Chip was finished.

Also doesn't help when you lose Desean, LeSean, and Maclin for "thuggery reasons" :mjpls:

the Desean thing was one of the weirdest things ive ever seen, im in the Philly media market and he had em fooled

'he'll never play in the league again!'

'cleansing the team of bad character'

no arrests (DJax has no arrests as an adult) and a few Pro Bowls later, Desean is still an impact player. Maclin was money related, and it was stupid to let him go too

Chip's offense was 2nd in total yards in his 1st year.
5th in his 2nd year.
12th in his 3rd year.
And currently 30th this year (right now SF ranks 13th because of the Thursday night game, but other teams have yet to play Week 5).

He also hasn't really drafted all that well.
The first player he took, Lane Johnson (4th overall in 2013) hasn't made a pro bowl and was suspended for PED use in 2014. And Johnson is still facing a 10 game suspension for a 2nd PED bust this year.
The best player he took in Philly was Jordan Matthews. And while he's good, you wouldn't exactly call him a star. Certainly not yet.

He's almost certain to fail in SF and I wouldn't put it past him if he bolted in the offseason for one of the college football openings. He seems like a total weasel.

dont forget Marcus Smith (no starts in 3 years) and no OL drafting in '14 and '15

the Eagles had never gone 2 drafts w/o drafting OL, ever! in like 75 years of the Eagles. he seems to still think he can out scheme people, if anything he gets out-schemed regularly.
