Dont know about Tinashe doing all that (havnt heard of that, id figure SF would be one of her bigger markets if thats the case), but good for her if thats the case. I can whole heartedly tell you a lot of these independents make more money than the ones on the majors without probably a fraction of the stress. Someone like Chief Keef could do a pop up show in San Francisco and sell 2,000 tickets. While I seen some of the colis favorite big artist fail to sell 100 ticketsPeople get on Tinashe, but she’s an independent artist with a big gay fan basethat allowed her to do a world tour. It wasn’t arenas or stadiums but she was doing halls of like 2k crowds. My cousin is a big fan and told me, she saw her in Miami. She’s keeping most of her money and probably makes more than a lot of these label pushed artists. Just gotta be happy with being at that level for the rest of your life.
