As time goes on jay leaving dame looks less and less grimy. In fact he would have to be retarded to still be with dame. Dame likes to paint a picture that jay broke up the roc but it’s clear he is the reason roc split up. Who in there right mind would want to be locked in with a partner like that

This is how I view it too. Dame was just to much, Jay did the right thing at the time. He didn't leave Dame broke, and Dame burnt his bridges and now acts like he walked away because music was passed him at that time

Dame is a hustler so will be fine but dude can't be bitter about people not fukking with him after how he treated them when he was hot. The fall from grace was tough for him and he saw who really loved him after it.

Instead of dame running the business and telling jay what to do somebody else did.

Jay wasn’t anyone’s artist they were 3 equal partners. The only thing they wasn’t equal partners in was rocawear because Biggs didn’t believe in it.

I know choke said dame was handling business. shyt jay and Biggs said dame handled the business side initially. But as time went on both Biggs and jay branched out of their initial roles. It was a team effort despite what dame wants to portray. Biggs was the one responsible for Kanye’s success. He discovered how dope Kanye was as a artist because he was running rocafella at the time
