breh i literally had the
while trying to eat this basura. was tryna eat it fast too so the flakes aint get soggy and lose all of their sugar but since my dumbass poured the milk & cereal before i chopped up the banana they were already wet corn flake status. 
once the bananas got soggy i just poured the shyt down the toilet:

Hmmm I never tried it with Frosted Flakes..Had it with regular Corn Flakes, though.
Grandma kinda traumatized me with that shyt when I was a kid.She was crazy health conscious.We couldn't have any cereal made with dye or sugar.The only cereal I was allowed to eat was them Kellogg's Corn Flakes...NO SUGAR, only Banana's for sweetener.The taste wasn't so bad, but the texture...that lumpy shyt just didn't feel right going down.
