but I read jaleel whites book, that man said him and his family went to the waldorf

went to a floor in the elevator, got off and his momma told the bellhop she was tired of seeing elaborate hallways with 500 foot high ceilings and please take her to her room

that bellhop said "this is your room"

It's easy to say that man was selling out but they lined his pockets nicely.

Family Matters was about to be cancelled and he saved them. That kind of juice opens the door to just about any kind of deal you want. Because it's all kinds of livelihoods based on a show's survival. You become the key(to survival) and doors open for you.
