what was the cause for you?

and didn't it happen last year at the all-star break too?

Mines happened in late 2014.

It was considered an unknown occurrence. However, I attribute it to a new job I got at the time. It was four days a week & your sitting 10 plus hours a day. I guess my body just didn't react well to it. Developed a huge blood clot on my left calf. Some broke off & traveled to my lungs. I was also drinking a lot of coffee at the time too which can dehydrate you. Staying hydrated is a preventive measure. I would also go outside & converse with the smokers, even though I don't smoke. That also raises the risk of blood clots.

It was probably an accumulation of all those things.

2 rings 11 time all star with 13 years in the books playing at a high level. Even if he wanted to Bosh has nothing to prove and if his life is at stake he should give it up and be content with his career. No matter what anyone thinks he will get into the Hall even if not on the first ballot. And he should do everything that he can to make sure he is here to see it. If he has to retire then here's to a great career for Bosh.

You take into account his gold medals too, and I think's he's definitely a first ballot hall of famer.

Side note, that 2003 draft class got four first ballot hof's coming out of it :wow:

Man Bosh first and foremost is a great guy. Hope he makes the best decision for himself even if it means retirement relatively soon. Health is always first, especially with that type of issue that could affect him later on regardless of retiring right this moment. He should just play it safe and enjoy his life.

Always felt like he never got the respect he should've gotten his whole career. Key cog on 2 title teams/4 Finals teams, 11 straight All-Star nominations, gold medalist, All-Rookie team, All-NBA team once (at a time when you could've written KG/Duncan/Nowitzki/Stoudemire down for those spots without a second thought) is a fantastic resume. Not to mention his versatility and overall loyalty to the Heat franchise, he already has a HOF spot waiting for him.
