Hopefully it's not that serious and he's able to come back. If it is :camby: this basketball shyt and sit back and enjoy you millions with your ever growing family. It's odd that this has happened in back to back years around the same time though. Were there any previous indicators that he might have this issue?

I had blood clots that started in my legs. Thought I pulled a muscle at first but I hadn't even done shyt major and it wasn't even my leg workout day. Either way time went past, my shyt was swollen and hard, I just said fukk it and let it heal on its own.

Either way fast forward a few days later my leg appeared to get a little better but I started getting light headed and dizzy regularly plus I'd get out of breathe just going up a flight of stairs and a nikkas in tip top shape and healthy. My chest started to hurt really bad to the point where I couldn't sleep at night or breath normally and people keep telling me it was probably a broken rib or some shyt

I almost passed out at the gym, said fukk it and went to the emergency room. At that point I could barely breathe and was in the worst pain I ever felt in my life, no lie I could only breathe like eddy Murphy joked about in the safe scene in Harlem nights. Every breath had me fukked up because the pain

Either way come to find out I had blood clots the size of plums in my lungs and doctors told me I almost died, the shyt ruptured the lining of my lungs severely. They couldn't find out where they came from since all the tests came back very good and they were like breh you're healthy as hell, we can't figure the shyt out. I sat in the intensive cardiac unit for over a week getting visited by specialists around the clock, they had me taking morphine and vicadans every other hour. Eventually they got my blood thinned enough to release me but I'm supposed to be on blood thinners the rest of my life. I don't take that bullshyt tho, it is what it is but that ended up being a good thing

Long story short: I had a similar situation and it's easy to brush it off as a muscle strain or something minor because you can't really tell like that until it's too late. Hope the best for breh and he'll be able to come back but he'll be on Coumadins forever now

Did they find out why you had them? Did they offer you meds other than Coumadin ? That medication is the worst
I wonder if Bosh has Factor V Leiden

Could be but the fact that he travels so much could have something to do with it.

Hate it had to be Chris, he's a good dude and had a great career. His play during those Heat runs sometimes simply overwhelmed teams.

Hope he is able to bounce back and play, but if he didn't I think he could be a sleeper pick for HOF on a down year.

Wishing Bosh the best, he one of the most likable players in the league. Even when I was hating on the big 3 I just couldn't hate on Bosh, always liked the fact he's a tech geek too. If I were him I'd consider retiring and help make the geeky aspects of technology (programming, networking, etc) as appealing as possible for future generations.

No they couldn't find a reason why I had them after extensive testing and I hadn't rode a in plan or sat for an extended period of time prior either.

When I first got out the hospital they gave me some shyt to shoot in my stomach with a needle twice a day for two weeks after that I was supposed to use Coumadin indefinitely but I said fukk that, I'm not taking that rat poison bullshyt :camby:

They say that's the only real thing they can do to prevent it from happening again so I'm assuming the same with bosh since this is his second time having the shyt I believe

Hopefully he gets better but if he has to step down he has had a hell of a career.

Multi time all star
Gold Medal
2 Championships
All he needs is the Hall of Fame and he a shoe in for that.

Time to put health and family first if he needs to.

Wife had a bi-pulminary embolism abs was put on coumadin, but had to switch to Lovenox shortly after cause she got pregnant and coumadin causes birth defects. After finding out more info about coumadin, I'm glad she had to make the switch. Even though we both hated the shots, was still better for her body.
