Y'all comfortable telling another man what he should do with his life? :gucci:

If he wants to play and can play, he should play. It's HIS life, let him do what makes him happy

Probably poor doctors man. I’ve had clots and they weren’t going for any of that shyt. They were extremely selective about traveling, physical activity, etc. it sounds like they just gave you some warfarin and sent you on your way.

I know so much about this stuff, but I have no desire to give a lesson on a message board.

Just use common sense here. If it wasn’t a big deal, Bosh would be playing right? It’s obviously a big deal, hence he’s unable to play.

It’s catching you off guard, because you don’t know the dangers of taking blood thinners.

Again, as I stated in my previous post, playing on blood thinners is not an option. The key is working around it.
I got good doctors I'm just not playing professional basketball having to fly every other day for 8 months out of the year, obviously it's a big deal I was just asking why cause from what I knew I ain't think it was that big a deal. You ain't gotta get aggressive this ain't an argument I was just asking for an explanation.:hubie:

I know blood thinners can cause a person to hemorrhage if they get a serious cut or blow so something like football or hockey would be out of the question, but basketball rarely has that much contact or bleeding so I thought it was okay but the constant flying is reason enough it isn't. You say working around it is key so I guess the clots themselves aren't as dangerous for playing as the blood thinners.
