He's on the path. Another ring or 2 with a few more all star appearances and they won't be able to keep him out.

Dudes last season in Toronto was nice tho.

24/11 on 51%

:leon:

no defense on a sub .500 team. And when I say no defense, I mean it, they were literally ranked 30th defensively that year.

but yeah, offensively he had a good year. I think this was the year though that he sat out the last 10 games of teh season like a bytch though and then signed with the Heat

as for this thread, yeah he might be a HOFer but that's one of the problems with the HOF. nikkas like Bosh shouldn't have a HOF speech , it's just a ridiculous thought

the NBA needs to create a NBA HOF and only induct players that are really great (for example, the only ones that are getting in at this point, that are active right now is Kobe, KG, Duncan and LeBron.. )

that's the kind of career you're supposed to have had to get in. (obviously Durant and Wade would get in too, in time, barring anything crazy )

I feel you on the separate NBA HOF. If you did it based on "great" careers.

First Tier

Kobe
KG
Duncan
Bron
Dirk
Nash
Wade
Kidd

Second Tier

Allen
Pierce
Parker
Ginobili
Gasol

Need more time

Rose
Durant
Paul
Howard
Anthony

of course he is. Chris Bosh is one of the best players of this era, and was apart of a team that helped change the NBA power structure.

He is a definite HOFer.

So one ring wipes away his multiple lottery seasons? Do you agree with him that he was a HOF 4 years ago?

He was never a top 10 guy though. In 9 years he made the all-nba team ONCE.

well he is probably going to win multiple rings

and if you look at the the players who have gotten into the basketball HOF, there really is no set in stone criteria.

However I do not agree with the 4 years ago line, that was ridiculous.

Kevin McHale made one all nba team in his career.

Jamaal Wilkes made the HOF last year despite being nothing more than a complimentary piece on championship teams.

Same with Gail Goodrich.

You guys are placing a hire standard on the basketball HOF, than they have.

And you both are underrating how great of a player Chris Bosh is.
