Umm honestly thats a fair price. Its Wade who need to take the biggest hit. Dude is the youngest of the big 3 and his game relies the least on athleticism, in the open market he could easily get a near max contract, dude deferred, his paycheck the most and moving forward the coaching staff needs to adjust the offense and make him the 2nd option.
