'If you have a frontcourt that rebounds, I think you want to play Miami in the playoffs

Besides Chicago, none of the contenders in the East are built for heavy duty rebounding. Besides, when McRoberts is healthy, Miami's front court will be genuinely tall.

I hope this year finally will shut up nikkas who say Bron makes his teammates better. Bron makes spot up shooters better. Thats it. His game is predicated on ball dominance and the need for the paint to be clear. He can't play with dominant bigs. That why I laugh when nikkas say he coulda won 5 rings like Kobe if he had Shaq or Gasol. Bron wouldn't know how to play with them. He'd be asking Shaq to learn how to shoot 3s so he can move outta the paint.

Averaging 7 apg doesn't mean you make your teammates better. I hope nikkas see that now. All it means is you was the last nikka to pass to someone before they hit the shot. There's a reason guys like Shaq/Gasol/Bynum all had career years playing next to Kobe while dudes like Bosh and Wade saw their numbers plummet when playing with Bron. Kobe makes ALL his teammates better. Bron just makes jump shooters better.

You know he played with Shaq right? A :flabbynsick: , ring chasing, much slower and less athletic, Shaq at that and the nikka wasn't shooting 3s. Meanwhile Bosh is still shooting 3s with Lebron gone. :heh: How many of those guys went from being number 1 options to number 3 options while playing with Kobe? Pau's numbers most certainly did drop when he became the 3rd option. 27, 5, 7 to 26, 6, 5 is plummeting? :laff:

You aren't gonna see too many 3rd options scoring 24 ppg. He really should've been the second option the last two years with Wade being in and out of the lineup and at varying levels of health. I don't think anyone has ever questioned whether Bosh can put up numbers the question has been and still is he truly a guy that can lead the charge. He's the man. He's got a rejuvenated Wade and Deng and Riles pulling the strings so it's time to show and prove come playoff time.

you know what's so funny to me...people say "LeBron was holding them back".."Wade and Bosh took a back seat"...."this year we will see Bosh and Wade return to their normal games"....yet the expectations for the HEAT are not championship..it's like well if those 2 guys return to form and you get a L.Deng who can give you 14-16ppg, why are the expectations not a championship...let's put those expectations on him and expect him to lead the charge and not be the definition of empty stats...

Toronto's front court gets rebounds

Washington's gets boards

His career stats took a big hit these past four years. I'm sure on the low he's happy to be the man again. His sacrifice wasn't in vain. He got two rings, now let's see how far being the man takes him.

I would LOVE to see Miami beat Cleveland in the playoffs. The ratings for that would be bananas.

shyt is comical. Bosh and Wade have been recipients of the "We'd prefer to shyt on Lebron so anything you do or don't do we will find a way to put it on him" stimulus package. Now people are giving a nikka on a max contract gold stars for putting up numbers :heh:. Bron held them back but nobody expects them to compete for a title without him :dead:. It's comical how people have tried to paint Bosh as some sort of unselfish saint or some sort of put upon scapegoat when really he got a max deal to ride Bron and Wade's coattails to a couple chips and now he just got another max deal with absolutely no pressure or expectations to keep the train rolling and he gets treated like some sort of underdog revelation for putting up nice numbers aka what a max guy is supposed to do. I'd take it :ehh:.

Bron has the most 'selfish' style of play in the league because everyone must change their game around him. He is out of position and should be a PG.

Im saiyng. Why these nikkas decide to step up as soon as LeBron leaves. If this fakkit was playing like this in the finals, maybe they don't get punked in 5 games

or

Maybe LeBron was holding these nikkas back?

not capin but to his credit he fills coliseum/arena seats and brings in mad ad revenue so i guess bosh and wade said let him cook the meal for us. may have been some chemistry issues developing, bosh said (miami herald interview) he wasn't motivated to go to work every day last season.

People forget wHen Jordan retired, both BJ Armstrong and Horace Grant had career years and made their first all-stars. Pippen finished 3rd in MVP voting
This.

There's only one ball on the court at once y'all, if coach want the offense to run more through one player your stats will show :yeshrug:

Obviously the latter. But they won back to back using the same game plan. I doubt any of the players involved would've changed anything in retrospect
