Harassment.

He was sentenced to 90 days in rehab and completed that full 90 days. How then can a judge force him to stay in that rehab facility until a completely different case is resolved in a different court? It's in effect sentencing him before he has been tried. If it was a question of possibly violating his probation he could have simply been ordered not to leave the state or put on house arrest.

Also, they state that he was kicked out but don't specify for what, b.s.

They are harrasing him.
