but I for one expected him to go down the ol child support route and well ...it becoming a " see you when I see you" type of thing, after all the stuff he went through (some his fault some not,some made up) I thought this wouldnt even be on his radar....

Honestly I think a lot of these celebs look at kids as just another toy. Play with the kid a bit, enjoy being a dad for a few days, then it's back to the road and living a life that isn't really compatible with being a responsible parent.
