Even with a clean image he doesn't make the same quality music as mj

you going too far with it. I didnt say he was going to be MJ, just that he had potential to be that next black male global superstar....as you said, Usher came close. CB was a better dancer though and had more charisma/flair. hardly anyone touching MJ vocal finesse, much less that and dancing together.

He caught feelings over it -- some artists are sensitive about their shyt -- but it's a bad comparison.

"Kiss Kiss" Chris Brown is not the same artist or individual as "Pills & Automobiles" Chris Brown. The only thing they have in common is that both were/are major hits.

Nope he did it. 04 Usher was that nikka his confessions era he was untouchable and killing it. Remember Usher had a three way stroke and each time raised the bar bit by bit.

215 Uptown!
The chris brown era was:manny: at best.

Confessions is better then any album he's ever dropped.

To be fair Confessions was lighting caught in a bottle. Yes confessions is better then anything CB has but CB discography is leagues better then Usher's when u compare them as a whole.

I'll rather have 5 great albums then 1 classic and 3-4 mediocre albums.

CB one of the Goats but it's true

nikka makes the same music all the time, no growth at all

He's not "one of the goats"

He has no classic album
No 10 year span of dominance

He's not in the same class as Mj, james brown, prince, kellz, luther, marvin

He's behind usher, but better then genuwine.
On par with bobby brown but more albums. But he's not a goat.

This is facts. Chris Brown has been making the same four songs for over a decade now. Some a great but some are just ok that get lost in the shuffle.

Chris Brown is reheated R. Kelly.

Great singer with no fukking growth as a human being.

And it's sad because even R. Kelly has records where he showed hints of
growth even if it did require going back and essentially mimicking the OG's.
(Marvin Gaye, The Isley Brothers and so on....)
:gucci: Don’t ever compare CB to an icon like Robert Kelly

That's the point I'm making.
He isn't on R. Kelly's level mainly because IMO he's failed to have any growth as an artist
and his desire to cling to a manufactured "Gangsta" image is part of the reason why he hasn't.
