I used to work at Pizza Hut as a youngin and the dude that trained me was from the Chi, and he would always tell me when to come into work late or stay out on a delivery longer than usual. Why? Because he would set the Pizza Hut to be robbed, while he was working as a night manager. 
He was grimiest dude I've ever met. He used to sell crack during his deliveries when he wasn't working the delivery register and kept a sawed off in his trunk.

I empathize - not condone, BUT EMPATHIZE - with the lost young brothers and sisters who join gangs out of hopelessness, a need for family, and a lack of guidance in disenfranchised areas. They are a product of their environment.
But Chris was rich since his teenage years. Him being in a gang makes no sense other than him wanting to be cool. It's not a good look to be playing those games when you have no reason to be. Dude's situation is the exact opposite of hopeless and disenfranchised.
Pray for the brother. Such a talent.
