Hes the goat millenial male solo artist. Which was the last real generation of traditional mainstream pop/rnb artists like that. Most singers now are not dancing and singing at that level. Is he the most talented? No fukk no but from his generation his competition was Trey, August and them bums we saw on Verzuz the other day, he lapped them all up career wise

Edit: I meant solo rnb male artist from the millenial era, drake is a hybrid rapper/singer hes practically his own thing

That’s your mind as a Stan breh :comeon: Far more successful male artists with stats to back it up.

I actually like Chris Brown but he needs to try something new. Shocking he never reached out to Timbaland to help him drop a classic, the nikka gave that cac JT two good albums. Hell he should work with nikkas like Tory Lanez who seems to have a creative mind. Chris Brown has never had a Magnum opus.

Question, does Chris get help with song writing and Melodies? If he doesn’t he needs to hire who the fukk Justin Bieber working with because Bieber done lapped him up musically. Justin Bieber albums comes off sounding more Black than Chris music because of the brilliant song writers and producers he works with.
Word Bieber is really doing it. Even Ed Sheeran knew what time it was and hopped on Peru with Fireboy
He's retirement age for this industry. With that said folks older than him are still selling. You gotta update with the times is all. 40+ year Olds out here trap rapping. The youngsters buy it, though.

Chris gotta come up with a new style or something. No one is running to this. They'll let it play but not run to it.

R&B is really becoming deep and authentic and good vibes

But he's still on that pop-ish autotune mid vibe

He gotta pick a lane. Either go all out pop for summer bangers or lose the vocal fry autotune stuff and step up the production and vibes

Remember this?

Yeah, right, that title goes to Drake. The entire 2010’s were a spotty decade for Breezy. He only had a couple big hits for the entire 2010’s. Drake has dropped anthems and mega hits every year since 2009... the year Bhris fell off. Chris Brown career is like Bobby Brown without Don’t Be Cruel. His music prior to 2009 was like the early 80’s innocent New Edition stuff and his career after 2009 is like the coke mouthed “Thug Lovin” with Ja Rule Bobby Brown.

Bobby Beige was a goody little country boy from Virginia with some demons in his closet and has spent this last 10+ years trying to live up to some bad boy image that doesn’t fit him of being a super 90’s Blood from fruit town piru in Compton when he’s really a famous knock who threw his talent away with drugs and the wrong crowd.

Sometimes I wonder why our artisits don't reach out to top tier producers like white artists do

JT owes his entire career to Timbo and Pharrell.
Jay always did that whether it was pharrell or timbo or swizz or no ID etc
Even Jack Harlow's team knows what works

But Chris wants people to run to his album when the likes of HER, Snoh alegra, alina baraz, claudia, chloe, Giveon, lucky daye, daniel caeser, 6lack, anderson paak, bruno mars, masego, Van Jess, eric bellinger, don toliver, ty dolla, SIR are around pushing music left and right

like Bruh u been had competition
