His first album is definitely one,and Graffiti is his most underrated album. That joint has gotten better with time. I truely believe it would have helped him cross over if that Rihanna incident didn't happen. It was the perfect blend of R&B and pop.

NOT quality of the content

Plus its really apples to oranges since people dont pay to hear Chris rap
and people dont pay to hear Wayne sing

plus Chris is fried, he needs to flush his system and stay outta LA for like 300 days
bounce between NYC and the UK with a small click (2-3 people max) and reconstruct the brand all while getting with a producer/writer to get back to the soulful music with depth.
The problem is that any upcoming producer would need to have a bulletproof rep so their collab with chris brown wouldn't negatively impact their own brand cuz there are powers out there who DO NOT want Chris Brown to ascend.
