So much stupid in this post...Kanye West and Jay Z should follow C
Support black artists with real talent and greater maturity than a 12-year-old boy.
Someone like Belafonte, Esparanza Spalding or Sade.
Not man-children like Chris Brown and Kanye West.
Well, musically, he's fallen off to the point where I'd rather hear him rap (I'd say the same for Trey Songz too, but that's neither here nor there)
But if he wants to fall back, so be it. Leave it to this forum to make this a black /white thing, but the media simply has much less forgiveness for shyt than fans /internet posters do.
First of all, who he beat is what makes his offense more unforgettable. If Chris Brown beat your sister, people wouldn't care as much. Unfair, sure, but it is what it is. Look at Bobby Brown. All the dumb shyt he has done in his life, yet the one thing he gets remembered for more than anything is (allegedly) getting Whitney introduced to the life that eventually would kill her.
Also, @spliz, Elvis didn't marry a little girl. You're confusing him with Jerry Lee Lewis. Priscilla was 15 when they first started going out, but she was 22 when they married.
In Sheen's case, Stone Cold, Tommy Lee, Sean Penn, and Mickey Rourke's cases, all of them are considered certified nutcases. Now if you would like Chris Brown to get that kind of treatment, go right ahead. He's on the fast track. In most if not all of those cases, they owned and accepted their crazy bad boy image, so railing on them for the fukkups they own up to is different than continuing to rail on someone for an incident he wished never happened as well as the subsequent flare ups he swears ain't really him. Breezy could always make people forget about it by making good music and for a while he was on that road with F.A.M.E., but he's not making good enough music to make people think about his music when they think of him, and that's the issue.

Bullshyt, he has been making good music in the past few months. Fine China and They Dont Know are both good songs, if JT came out with Fine Chine it would be a hit and people would be praising the white boy.
If JT came out with some of those half assed singles Breezy's been putting out, he'd be right with Usher in thedepartment
Right. Let's pretend he didn't drop 2 straight up basura albums in Graffiti and Fortune (especially Fortune. the good songs on Graffiti I still bump).
F.A.M.E. he was getting back on track despite him throwing tantrums, but he couldn't keep it going. Like I said, it's to the point where I'd rather hear him spit.
