My issue with all this is selective outrage. I mean if muthafukkas hate Chris Brown for beating up a woman then they need to feel that way towards all celebrity women beaters. They need to hate Nic Cage, Charlie Sheen and various country music stars who have been convicted of beating women, but they are not going to do that. They are going to go after the young BLACK guy who is rich and popular. Every couple of months it seems some random ass white woman calls him out in an attempt to gain their 15 minutes of fame off of his name. A few months before this it was some white country star yelling how her dad taught her to shoot a gun to protect herself against guys like Chris Brown.

Yes he is an arrogant a$$hole but honestly what can you do if you are in his position? I mean you served your sentence and paid your debt to society, you've apologized numerous times and you try to move on with your life and everybody still keeps fukking with you. Eventually you gonna be liike fukk everybody too. I'm not saying that he's the smartest artist in terms of how he handles these situations but hey I'd snap too.

And none of those other guys' cases were as high profile as Brown's due to the victim being one of the most popular people in the world. There weren't any pictures of the other victims that were released that made the public even more aware of the case.

Replace Chris Brown with Justin Timberlake, and replace Rihanna with Britney Spears. Take it back to the days when they were together, they were young America's favorite celeb couple and Britney was still well-loved and was still considered attractive.

Keep just about everything else the same: the injuries that Rihanna got, the leaked photo of her after she got beat up that made the rounds in the media, the bytch-ass behavior that Chris exhibited after his so-called 'heartfelt' apology, etc.....

You honestly think Justin wouldn't have gotten it bad from the public as well?

As for why other dudes didn't get as bad of a reaction as Chris Brown, there are several reasons for that, which have nothing to do with race. Were they as famous as Chris at the time? Did they have a good-guy/squeaky-clean image like Chris did, which made the incident of abuse seem more scandalous? Were their victims famous women with millions of fans? Was there a widely-circulated image of their victim's injuries, indicating just how badly the victim was beaten? Did they act as if it should be against the law to bring up an incident of abuse, just because it happened years ago? Did they HELP in bringing the incident back up by responding with a temper tantrum whenever someone inevitably brought it up….as opposed to giving a respectable response like "yes, it happened, but I've changed my ways and moved on"….or not responding at all?

Last time I checked, almost every time that bytch is spotted in public, it STILL makes the news as one of the main stories...plus her and her parents are still getting death threats, which is why they wanted the ending of her probation to be kept from the public. The media's even talking about overlooked evidence in her trial (some Google search about 'foolproof suffocation')

If Vick had retired and went into hiding like she did, then that shyt with the dogs would be mostly forgotten after a few years.
