I don't see how Chris Cuomo can file a lawsuit against CNN when Attorney General's office literally has transcripts and a paper trail of what he did on his brother's behalf. It would be a bit of a gamble on his part as he doesn't know if they have anymore information that could hurt his chances of winning said lawsuit.

He’s saying CNN was in on the coverup for his bro and probably banking on the fact that they don’t want the bad press and that they’ll settle out of court.
Millions of dollars and being dragged into those lawsuits along with his brother which is more than likely going to happen. Plus, he doesn’t know all what the Attorney General has on him, which could potentially damage his reputation even more and mess with future earnings
If that’s the argument he’s going to try and use, then he better have a paper trail and proof along with it as well as the odds aren’t in his favor of winning.
