I’m not saying that he can’t or won’t win, but CNN seems to have done their homework with big wig lawyers and got the go ahead to fire him and not have to pay severance. They said he lied to them and wasn’t forthcoming about everything he did, so the onus will be on him to prove otherwise.

Plus there’s the major issue of the powers at be trying to take out big brother and don’t have a problem in taking little brother down along with him as well.

I don't see how Chris Cuomo can file a lawsuit against CNN when Attorney General's office literally has transcripts and a paper trail of what he did on his brother's behalf. It would be a bit of a gamble on his part as he doesn't know if they have anymore information that could hurt his chances of winning said lawsuit.

It's one of those situations of where you take the L and keep it moving.

1. He didn't use his employers connections to help his brother. He used his own resources that he had developed.
2. There is no evidence that he tried to destroy anyone's credibility.
3. The charges against his brother are still allegations and shaky at best. I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that he doesn't get convicted.
