Cam was shell shocked. Ware and Miller were hitting him hard. Its his first superbowl and nerves were setting in, his offense wasnt doing shyt, he got them that touchdown by himself. I think Carolina got complacent and didnt take it seriously enough when it really mattered.

Ware and Miller had that OLine shook and Cam got wrecked in the process. Broncos stopped the Panthers from playing their game. Simple as that.
The Panthers also repeatedly made huge mistakes in all three phases of the game.
