He's the worst type of person there is. He can joke about kids being raped but gets his fukking coochie cutters in a bunch when someone cracks on gays. He has no problem with dudes messing with under age girls for all this time but now that he ain't getting paid anymore he wanna say something.
I hope someone punches that fakkit in the face and he doesn't get a dime then someone takes a diarrhea dump on his porch. fukking bytch

The NFL is a league where you can get redemption for killing someone, for beating your wife in an elevator, for driving drunk, for a whole variety of things but when you speak out for civil rights, that’s the one thing you cannot get redeemed for,” Kluwe added.

When he mentions “beating your wife in an elevator,” Kluwe is clearly referring to Ravens running back Ray Rice, who assaulted his now-wife in an incident early this offseason. Kluwe seems to think the fact that Rice is still with the Ravens, while Kluwe was cut by the Vikings and then cut by the Raiders and is now out of the league, is evidence that the NFL is more forgiving of wife beaters than gay rights supporters.

Settlement reached

http://www.dailynews.com/sports/201...ota-vikings-reach-settlement-to-avert-lawsuit
MINNEAPOLIS — The Vikings and a laywer for former punter Chris Kluwe announced an agreement Tuesday morning that officially ended the 7-1/2-month saga surrounding the former Vikings punter.

The settlement, reached late last week and put in writing this week, results in the Vikings making donations to five LGBT groups over the next five years. The amount of the donations was undisclosed.

“Chris will receive absolutely nothing from this settlement,” said Kluwe’s lawyer, Clayton Halunen.

The agreement was announced by the Vikings and Halunen at Halunen’s Minneapolis office.

“I hope we can all move on to our lives now and enjoy playing football,” Kluwe said. “The agreement is fine.”

Kluwe accused the Vikings in a first-person article on Deadspin.com in January of releasing him in May 2013 because of his outspoken views on same-sex marriage. In the same piece, he accused special teams coordinator Mike Priefer of making homophobic remarks during the 2012 season.

The Vikings last month announced that a six-month investigation concluded Kluwe was released for football-only reasons. Priefer has been suspended for the first three games of the regular season for what the Vikings said was one inappropriate comment.

Investigators produced a 150-page report on the situation, but the Vikings released only a 29-page summary of that report. Kluwe and Halunen had called for the full report to be made public but as part of the settlement, it won’t be.

Halunen had threatened to sue the Vikings on behalf of Kluwe for damages in excess of $10 million, but that was tabled while the sides negotiated a settlement. The sides met Aug. 6 and on Thursday, when they areed to the settlement.

Kluwe had originally wanted the Vikings to donate $1 million to LGBT groups. However, the Vikings last month agreed to just $100,000. Halunen said there is a confidentiality agreement in which the amount of money donated will not be released.

“Everybody knows the numbers we have been talking about over the past seven months,” Halunen said. “It’s substantial.”

Vikings owner Zygi Wilf released the following statement:

“We appreciate Chris Kluwe’s contributions to the Minnesota Vikings as a player and a member of this organization during his eight seasons in which he established many team records as our punter, and we wish him and his family the best in the future,” Wilf said. “In regards to this matter, our focus remains on maintaining a culture of tolerance, inclusion and respect, and creating the best workplace environment for our players, coaches and staff.”

One of the charities the Vikings will fund is the Mathew Shepard Foundation, run by the parents of a young college student who was beaten and left to die on a Laramie, Wyo., fence because he was gay.

“As one of the most respected sports franchises in the country, the Vikings have committed to continue to positively impact how homophobia is dealt with in professional sports,” Halunen said. “Vikings ownership and management is truly putting its money where its mouth is.”

Priefer’s suspension can be reduced to two games if he completes sensitivity training. Halunen said that now a settlement has been reached, it’s irrelevant what happens with Priefer.
