If his father hadn't basically built the program, he would have been long gone. Even ex-players are calling for his head, but it's tough to get rid of him with his father being who he is.

Yeah, I was trolling Casual Hoya last night. It's really really bad.

That's what you consider great though?

It's a subjective term, I suppose.

As a SJU alum the real last time we had hardcore championship aspirations was 2002. Roberts was a disaster, but Lavin gave us some hope. The problem with Lavin was he hated NY players ( unless they were super elite), and he wanted to be like Calapari.

Mullin for the most part has done a respectable job so far.

St. John's was a great PROGRAM in the early 2000s? :usure: :sitdown:

:skip: if having multiple top seeds ( number 2 NCAA tournament in 2002, winning the big East in championship in 2001, being a top ten team in the country in 2000) is not great i'm confused.
