In the TV trailers, dude stated that every hour that they are out there on that foreign planet is like 7 years in Earth's time.

Word? I must have missed that in the previews...I wonder how they are able to save earth if that many years are passing on earth

If the earth is in dire need of help that's like a few hours and they are doomed anyway. I don't get that. Maybe the wormhole thing will sort that out.
