CP just ain't got it like that. The big winners in each decade - Bird, Magic, Jordan, Shaq, Kobe, LeBron, Curry - those guys could all score if need be, even if they didn't always play well, and their playstyles are more dominant and give them more gravity.

CP3 is just dribble dribble, occassionally I will shoot. He doesn't destroy a defense, he just bplays within the game too much.

Also, Chris Paul has not gotten enough criticism for not winning with the Clippers. They had some years where they were healthy and he found a way to fukk up. Hell, even in 2017, when Griffin was hurt, CP3 couldn't carry them in gm 7 against the Jazz? That was not a great Jazz team by the way.

Shameless pathetic excuse making.:hhh:

Don't be a dikk bruh. It's common sense. What can a guard do against a big? Great bigs can affect their counterparts plus guards more than a guard can affect their Counterparts and bigs. CP3 is a great but has no say in wtf Giannis is able to do offensively or defensively.

Chris Paul's best chance was teaming up with Harden and co
Booker is a fraud
Ayton is a joke

He keeps playing with these mildly talented scrubs that he has to elevate and then when they lose the ready made excuses fly out
Goddamn some of y’all are ridiculous. Booker went off many times in his first playoff appearance. Ayton was tearing teams up until the Finals in his first playoff appearance. They got to the finals and they’re a joke now? Grow the fukk up. shytty basketball discourse I swear

Booker droped 40 points back to back while CP3 had one of the worst games of his career in game 4, foh

I swear the excuses for CP3 are amazing

Chris Paul has literally played on five different teams with many different incarnations plus he’s always up two games and still losing anyway. Cut the excuses and blaming of teammates.

Especially considering if CP3 himself didn’t shyt the bed in game 4 of these finals they could’ve taken a commanding 3-1 lead. If he doesn’t go ghost in game 6 they may have won that game too. :bryan:

It's kinda tough being a super talented all time guard.. and still have to contend somehow against a seven footer who the bigger players in your team can't do anything against.

It's this....no matter which team Chris Paul plays on, he's still 6'0" in a league dominated by bigs. If they lost cause he played poorly, or because he had failed to stop the other team's point, that would be on him. But he balled out in every big game this year. They lost because his bigs failed to stop the other team's bigs. That's how the NBA works.

Breh, we all just LITERALLY watched the Finals. You're saying with all seriousness that he "balled out" throughout all of those last four games?

When it REALLY matters and the moments are the biggest, Chris Paul never plays like the psychopathic ultra competitor that he is supposed to be known for. He's passive as fukk. But in Game 65 of the regular season he is that guy.
This year he averaged 16ppg in the regular season but 19ppg in the playoffs. So wtf are you even talking about? For his career he's averaged 18ppg in the regular season and 21ppg in the playoffs. Clearly you're full of shyt.

24-11-15 in his very first closeout game against Dallas. 27-2-6 with the game-winner in Game 7 against the defending champ Spurs. 41-7-10 in the closeout game against the Jazz. 27-11-6 in the elimination game against the Jazz. 37-3-7 in the closeout game against Denver. 41-4-8 in the closeout game against the clippers. 26-2-5 in the elimination game against the Bucks.

Yeah, sounds "passive as fukk" in the biggest moments.

You were talking shyt saying he was only good in "Game 65 of the regular season", now you're demanding perfection in literally every single game he plays?

At 36yo CP3 just averaged 22-3-8 on 55/52/75 shooting against elite defense in the NBA Finals. That's fukking impressive. Stockton ain't giving you that. Isiah ain't giving you that. Payton ain't giving you that. He played decent to good in 5 out of 6 games and his 2nd-worse game was a blowout loss where he couldn't have affected the win anyway, the ONLY game in the Finals where he hurt the team was Game 4. From that ya'all wanna build the stupidest narratives.

CP3 wasn't the reason the Suns lost the series. Inability to stop Giannis and Middleton when it mattered is why they lost. But I know some of y'all just love the narratives and you'll stick with the narrative no matter what transpires.

Does this sound like someone that actually watched the Finals?

I've been telling y'all for years now that @Rhakim doesn't actually watch games. He runs to the box score and creates a narrative from the stats. I can't believe he's still trying to fool y'all with this act. Only reason he ran crying to the mods to put me on his ignore list is because he knew I was the only one who checked him on this, constantly.
