Both his parents went to winston salem state. Big house gaines use to go to chris pauls high school games and chris is from winston salem.

Chris has a very deep HBCU background. It would be like a dude growing up in greenwood Mississippi (itta bena is part of greenwood) his parents went to Mississippi valley state, Archie Cooley (if you know football and spread offenses you know who this is) going to his high school games. Then after high school graduation he attends Mississippi state to play football. Yet folks say he knows nothing about HBCUs.

The Howard Professor was basically shown to be cloutchasing in the post shown in OP.

But you were 100% on here. Chris Paul was the child of two WSSU grads. He probably has baby pictures with that school's gear on, childhood pictures at homecoming games, teen pictures attending graduation of relatives, attended summer academic camps, sports clinics on that campus

BigHouse Gaines was a well respected coach who cast a large shadow. No nonsense old school type of man. I mentioned in a recent thread that the lack of fathers in household allows fakers to step in and filled the void for young men.
By father, I meant biological fathers, and the older men who reinforced or stood in for what they taught. Those men had our best interests at heart and challenged us to develop into better people. Coach Eddie Robinson, Coach John Thompson instantly reminded me of ministers, teachers, uncles, business owners who helped to reinforce what my father was molding me into.
In their presence, you straighten your posture.....yes sir, no sir.

Having been mentored and raised by those type of men, I can't relate to giggling shucking and jiving that's promoted by the Black men who are now in the position where these men were in my youth.
A university professor trying to throw Chris Paul under the bus?..........For the latest version of an existing program that promotes Black students being groomed into being dealmakers/decision makers/owners in sports and entertainment???

yes, but they've had alot of problems recruiting and "diversifying" both their adjunct and tenured staff...
