i enjoyed chris rock's stand up more and tbh rock gave it to everybody & went hard @ cacs. he came up in a time where we could make fun of ourselves. now its c00ning. the chris rock hbo show & the taxi cab skits he did were hilarious too. not chappelle show funny but still good.
I had Chris Rock #1 until Dave’s latest run. Now I have them neck to Neck.
I personally think Bring the Pain is the GOAT special and Bigger and Blacker is not far behind.

Nah especially Chris Rock's shyt outside the 90s isn't that great.
Chris Rock is in the creme da la creme as far as comedians. I’d but him a notch below Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy, but he’s good as or better than than all the other guys.
Dave Chapelle is that dude too but I was checking for his standup like that. When he came out with his skit show, I was like yeah this dude is really hilarious.

Chris was the man up until Never Scared. They got a different style though so I find them hard to compare. Dave became a bit more philosophical lately but before that Chris had jokes and then some observations that had you like
