All this police brutality and economic turmoil of the present day is squarely on the white people of this country.

It's not only the past but the present white folks gotta own up to. Quicker this happens, quicker we can move forward together.

Until that day, :francis:

chris actually outchea fam, I've been seeing him doing more and more things involving the black community
I agree breh. I don't question his individual efforts, just wish there was an allocation of resources to target key issues
Folks are trying to address the same things, but why not combine your voice
No one black person can tackle the problems he speaks of

How many high profile black celebrities do you see saying shyt like this? I know he's a comedian and that's what they do, but Kevin Hart would never utter something like this.
True.

How many non-black people will be repeating this comment, like they do with the "difference between blacks and nikkas," which is their low key racist jabs in disguise of a joke...bu bu Chris Rock had said...

Whites will take credit for all of the inventions and good things that their ancestors did, but will be the first ones saying they aren't responsible for the bad things their ancestors did. Not to mention that they'll blame each and every one of us for what Pookie and Ray Ray did. They truly are a scourge on this earth.

The majority of whites who were sold on that racism towards blacks centuries got sold that crap so they would be distracted from the inequalities between themselves and the rich white people that owned the slaves. It was basically like giving gold stars to dumb kindergarteners, "You've got nothing but at least you're white!" That's cheaper than keeping people content by giving them wealth.

That doesn't excuse ANY of the racism that occurred and does occur. Most of that shyt gets pushed through on the ground by the white have-nots who get funneled through the system like everyone else and never stop to think. The fact that they buy into that, even to this day, is despicable..

If someone was rich enough to own people two or three centuries ago, his or her family would have had to have shyt-for-brains to not have kept accumulating wealth throughout the centuries and ever become poor. They got the headstart. It's the blue-blooded families who've held wealth for centuries, probably still on the east coast and in the south who are most likely the main beneficiaries of what their fathers did. Those guys still own the country, and what are they doing for anyone? Everyone else is descended from moron gawkers or violent a$$holes. They might be the biggest problem these days nonetheless, but their moronic attitudes are baffling.

The descendents of slave-owners probably aren't posting comments on vulture.com, working the police force of Ferguson or Staten Island, or playing vigilante mall cop in Florida; they're insulated and removed from this shyt.

fukk all of those racists. Likewise fukk anyone descended from perpetrators of that violence (they're probably racist to this day too), nonetheless, but I think the descendents of the real beneficiaries of that racism have pretty much just poofed out of here with those stacks of cash. You won't see them walking around unless you've really made it.

You're right about inequalities in income among whites being a problem and that slavery and hating black people is in some way...a diversionary act.

But your reply kind of insinuates that there isn't some inherent or taught hatred for black people that possibly supercedes the inequality argument.

I don't think that will sit well with a lot of people.
