Ever think that maybe chris rock, a nikka from new york, isn't interested in west coast rap? Tupac isn't the greatest rapper to ever do it. Tupac aint no rap god. Nobodies obligated to mention him.aside from the dude who still thinks lebron is a first tier great (Iolsmh), people in here are pretty damn confused........if one list didn't include pac, fine, that shiit gets a pass. but to have an entire movie blatantly shiit on the west coast the way this movie did is unacceptable. it's not just pac, NO west coast rappers were named...and when ice-t WAS named, it was only so they could laugh it off. smfh.
then pac finally gets mentioned, but only as a co-star in a tyler perry movie....come on, fellas.
jay-z being the exec producer and questlove being the musical coordinator pretty much explained it tho.
chris rock is a huge fan of nwa.
and hes one of the few getting air-time that really acknowledges ice cube's run.

ya I mean he probably fukks with pac, but personal top 5 is subjective and there have been so many artists especially for someone that was around since the beginning that anybody could potentially be left out of someones top 5and i just remembered chris rock's top 25 albums had that 2pac rap phenomenon mixtape in there.

West Coast has done more for hip hop than NY, thats where the hate come from.
Having a movie called Top Five without him being mentioned in a list isn't an accurate representationEver think that maybe chris rock, a nikka from new york, isn't interested in west coast rap? Tupac isn't the greatest rapper to ever do it. Tupac aint no rap god. Nobodies obligated to mention him.
