If he really thought it was a foul why did he wait til the game was over to say it? Dude has 13 seconds to say it was a foul and he didn't..

Westbrook was being held.. that's pass interference or something..
Why was Patty Mills holding Adams? That was a foul too..

They had the ball..they LOST the game.. The ball was in their hands the final 13 seconds anyway.. Why didn't they call a timeout?
