Christian Bale confirms he won't be Batman in 'Justice League'

all probably won't even come into full fruition until a decade from now.


Fact remains, if Nolan/Bale had showed interest in coming back to the Batman story is would speed up a Justice League film significantly and we'd have it in half the time it will take to make it happen now. Film definitely won't happen in 2015.......2015 we could probably expect a Man of Steel sequel at the very least, and then after that a Superman/Batman film in maybe 2017. a Justice League film won't happen until 2020 or sometime after that......


This could either be viewed as a selfish act and a middle finger to the fans who want to see it happen, or a positive act for leaving Nolan's trilogy alone and allowing it stand on his own two feet as a classic and untouched saga.

I just hate origins stories happening so close to each other. At least wait 15 yrs before you give us another origin movie of a particular character, which is why I applaud Marvel for sticking with the same Xmen characters since 2000. Now we're just going to have to sit through another Joker, Another two face, another Catwoman, Another Riddler etc.......I won't be interested in a Batman reboot unless they steer clear of villians who've already appeared in previous films

Coulda sworn I heard Bale came up with that dumb voice on his own. I think its on the special features of The Dark Knight. Dudes ego is huge. I can't see him allowing someone, even the director, telling him how to deliver his lines. Before 1 of you smarties says that's what a director does, a director directs the emotion and tone of the scene. They don't typically give direction like "hey use this voice..."

Christian Bale is a talented actor, the blame is on Nolan for his terrible Batman rendition.
Hopefully he has no say in the Justice League movie.

Burton managed to do it pretty well


In fact, Burton's 1989 Batman would have fit in perfectly with the new Man of Steel and future Justice League.

No standard having, ready to call anything classic...

Only redeeming quality of Nolan movie was Heath Ledger as the joker and Begins before he put on the rubber suit.

That Story should be told too, the Introduction of Jason Peter Todd/Red Hood...Tim Drake/Robin..there's so much with The Bat-Family but for Justice League you need to establish Wonder Woman, Flash & Green Arrow into this Universe of MAN OF STEEL..it all has to eventually merge to become 1 Great Big

No, seriously; I love Bale as Bruce Wayne (introverted hero who fronts as an eccentric playboy to hide his identity). But, he was a subpar Batman (especially in the 2nd movie).

I mean.. I can't say you're Wrong but I don't want to say you're Right because I personally want to see it happen within the next 5. The least WB/DC could do is give us something Linked to a Justice League Movie other than Man Of Steel Easter Eggs and Rumors..that shyt is getting Old. Marvel Heads are Feasting every Year, DC Fans are Starving.
