Fasting with prayer is the game changer.
That means intense prayer, like the apostle Paul said "pray without ceasing". Yes skip breakfast.

For dry fasts make sure the day before you begin you drink a gallon of water throughout the day. A cup of water every hour or two.

I know you joking and this may all be a joke to you. This is truly the attitude and actual thought of the lukewarm Christian. Backsliding is a dog turning back to eat it's own vomit. Only inviting more demons to attach themselves to you.

Repentance is not only asking God for forgiveness but forsaken the sin(s) as well. We all face temptation, it's not an easy walk.
