The soul and spirit clearly don't exist, there is zero evidence for them, and there isn't even a rational explanation of how it would works e.g. Is it physical (matter/energy), how does it interact with the material world, where do they come from/go, why do they not affect your behaviour etc etc

So my sister is an atheist. And my aunt can't stand that shiit. I bring it up to her all the time just to see her get pissed and get a good laugh

But anyway my sister was recently in a bad accident. Her car was totaled and it looked like it was dropped from a 1000 story building. But lucky all she had was a fractured bone in her arm.

So my aunt of course saw this as an opportunity to "convert"

the other day there was an article on facebook about how this 16 year old girl was kidnapped in california and sold into a sex trafficking ring, the "pimp" and another sex worker took the 16 year old girl for an uber ride and the uber driver got bad vibes, called the cops and essentially saved this 16 year old girl from a life of sex trafficking. Religious people were all like "Praise God for putting this uber driver in this young womans life! god is good!". I find it so funny that "god is good" after the fact that a HUMAN BEING saved a girl from being kidnapped and a life of sex trafficking.
