Problem is when you see Jesus talk in the bible you see a man talking. "Jesus" is just a vessel of a man whos reached his higher self. Hes speaking with authority on behalf of God because hes connected by way of the christ conscience.
The spirit existed before Jesus,and Jesus himself said he would send a "helper". Who do you think the helper is if theres only one mediator? Its the same spirit that always has come to those who are tapped in and chosen.
When Jesus speaks he is speaking as God,because thats the spirit that has taken over his vessel. There is no seperation. "Jesus" is not important in the bible,the spirit is

By your logic "Jesus" was a heretic.
The reason he went against the law so much was because he had the holy spirit,which over rides the law. Anyone chosen will gain access to the same spirit and be able to judge and speak with authority.
Obviously the argument will be that too many people can believe they have the spirit of God in them. But thats not our business,those who know will know by faith. The chosen will be able to spot those who arent chosen ,and those who were chosen but have been comprimised.

from my perspective, the moment Jesus started his ministry people were leeching off of him (including John) which is why during that time period the Pharisees and Sadducees did not deal with the common people because that is ultimately what they would have done to them
