Exactly.
His manifesto he talks about all the racism, brutality and the shady shyt the LAPD. Despite all of that, he stayed. This man didn't quit his job. He got fired.
From his manifesto:
He didn't lose faith when cops were beating the shyt out of people, when cops were being racist as fukk, when cops were taking pictures of dead buddies to show to other cops, happy about dead bodies because it meant OT, any sexual harassment that was going on. He was a believer in the system until they fired his ass.
Police say ex-cop was bent on exacting revenge - latimes.com
While other teens were working shytty jobs this dude signing up for youth cop programs.
He said this is about his name, the name that was tainted when he got fired.
If instead of terminating him they just suspended him for 10 days he'd still be with the LAPD and would be the pig people on here rally against.
what if he sought to effect change from within? i agree that working under racists is something that is unacceptable, but his manifesto clearly shows that the man was making an attempt to reform the system.

..Like I said very popular amongst so called black intellectuals. Now wonder you cite him.
You welcome those slights when you state anyone who doesn't agree with you is a house negroe. You dudes have a hard time engaging in dialogue. You can't insult people then act innocent when they insult you.
